La Moda Es Random is a clothing brand from Mar del Plata, Argentina, that handmakes pieces from recovered textiles. Contact: ventas@lamodaesrandom.com.ar.

• Most pieces are one of a kind: there's a single unit of each.
• We show the pieces with real photos and measurements in centimeters. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• Because they're made from recovered textiles, some pieces may carry marks from their origin; when they do, we say so.

For purchases from Argentina, prices are in Argentine pesos and include applicable taxes. For purchases from abroad, prices are shown in US dollars and don't include international shipping or import duties in the destination country. Shipping costs are shown separately. We may change prices at any time, but your order price is the one shown when you confirm it.

When you confirm your order we show you an order number and send you an email. The order is final once the payment is credited.

Since the pieces are unique, if a stock error means a piece is no longer available, we'll let you know and refund the full amount paid.

We accept the payment methods listed in Payment methods. Payments are processed by the relevant providers (for example Mercado Pago, Cuenta DNI or Binance); the shop doesn't store your card details.

Options, costs and estimated times are in Shipping and, for purchases from abroad, in International shipping. Times depend on the carrier and are counted in business days from dispatch.

You may cancel the purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, under art. 34 of Argentine Law 24.240. Exchange and return conditions are in Exchanges and returns.

We process your data according to our Privacy policy and Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.

The photos, texts, designs and the La Moda Es Random brand are our own work. They may not be used without permission.

If you have a problem with your purchase, write to ventas@lamodaesrandom.com.ar and we'll sort it out. You can also file a complaint with Argentina's consumer protection authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
