Privacy policy

• When you buy: name, email, phone and delivery address.
• When you pay: the payment method you chose and the payment status. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we don't store them.
• When you write to us: whatever you tell us by email or WhatsApp.

• Processing your order, arranging payment and shipping it.
• Sending you updates about your order (confirmation, payment, dispatch).
• Reminding you by email of pieces left in your cart. Each of those emails includes a link to stop receiving them.
• Answering your questions.

Only those we need to complete your purchase: the payment provider, the carrier delivering the package and the service that sends our emails. We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties for advertising.

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it isn't lost if you close the page. We also remember the language and shopping country you chose. We don't use advertising cookies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to ventas@lamodaesrandom.com.ar. We reply within the legal deadlines (10 calendar days for access and 5 business days to correct or delete).

Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information, the authority overseeing Law 25.326, handles complaints about breaches of personal data protection rules.

We store data on servers with restricted access and keep it as long as needed for the purchase, warranty and legal obligations.
